Chirality-induced spin selectivity (CISS) refers to an ability induce a polarization of electron transmitted through chiral materials. An important experimental observation is that incredibly large realized at room temperature even for organic molecules have weak spin-orbit coupling (SOC), although SOC the only interaction can manipulate electrons' spins in setups. Therefore, mechanism CISS needs be constructed way insensitive or enhancing magnitude strength. In this paper, we describe theoretical study with model molecule belongs point group $\mathrm{C}_3$. molecule, electronic translational and rotational degrees freedom injected are coupled one another via nuclear vibrational mode pseudo Jahn-Teller effect. By properly taking molecular symmetry as well time-reversal into account classifying ground states by their angular- spin-momentum quantum numbers, show act efficient filter. The efficiency filtering nearly independent strength model, while it exceeds relying solely on SOC. vibrations turned out role not mediating translation-rotation coupling, but also spin-filtering efficiency.
